Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: August 2, 2026

Purpose

SourceWise helps users create reusable, source-grounded AI advisor packages from public materials, trusted sources, links, files, notes, or authorized internal knowledge. This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is allowed and what is not allowed when using SourceWise.

Allowed use

You may use SourceWise for lawful learning, research, productivity, product thinking, knowledge management, writing support, training, onboarding, and decision-support workflows, as long as you have the right to use the materials you provide and you manually review important outputs.

Prohibited content and activity

  • Do not use SourceWise for illegal activity, evading law enforcement, fraud, phishing, malware, credential theft, or instructions that enable harm.
  • Do not create or request hateful, harassing, abusive, violent, extremist, exploitative, or sexually exploitative content.
  • Do not use SourceWise to impersonate a real person, organization, public figure, employee, expert, government body, or official representative.
  • Do not claim affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, certification, or official representation unless you have the right to make that claim.
  • Do not use SourceWise to generate regulated professional advice in medical, legal, financial, investment, insurance, employment, housing, education, or other high-impact domains without qualified human review.
  • Do not upload, paste, link, or process materials you do not have permission to use, including copyrighted materials, confidential business information, private personal data, trade secrets, or materials restricted by contract, paywall, robots.txt, or platform terms.
  • Do not submit secrets, passwords, API keys, private keys, database URLs, access tokens, credential screenshots, or other sensitive authentication information.
  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls, paywalls, login walls, robots.txt, rate limits, safety filters, moderation checks, or technical restrictions.

AI output and human review

SourceWise outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsupported by available sources. Users must verify important claims against original sources and use qualified professionals for high-impact decisions. SourceWise outputs are decision-support materials, not final professional advice.

Moderation and enforcement

SourceWise may refuse, limit, block, remove, or delete requests, uploaded materials, generated outputs, accounts, or usage that appears to violate this policy, the Terms of Use, applicable law, third-party rights, safety requirements, or payment-provider review requirements. SourceWise may also pause generation or checkout if abuse, rights, data, or payment controls are not operating safely.

Reporting concerns

If you believe SourceWise is being used in a way that violates this policy, contact aiadvisor@2925.com with relevant details. Do not send passwords, API keys, or sensitive private materials in the report.
